at a loss

So I had a slow start problem for awhile then eventually turned into a no start problem. I replaced my IDM twice. It fixed it for a few days, then it was back. I replaced my ICP it fixed it for a few days then it was back. I replaced my IPR that didn't change anything. I then noticed my power was starting to fade out at higher rpm's. I started looking around and the bottom of my hpop was covered in oil. I got o-rings, hpx, 6637, and non servicable plug from clay. I replaced everything and still no start. I replaced my hpop today and after 20 seconds it cranked, i thought sweet I fixed it finally. I drove 65 miles to bleed everything out I get back and it will not start hot or cold. I can't get it on a scanner till Monday. I'm just at a loss, my hpop resavoir is always full and everything has been replace with motorcraft i just don't get it.

I'd set the truck back to stock for diagnostic purposes (remove superchips and 5k mod). What kind of shape are your batteries and connections in? Watch voltage while cranking. Also, try and listen to another 7.3 start and gauge how your starter sounds compared to that one. How does your turbo look? Any play in the shaft or signs of dusting on the wheel?

I will go return it to stock right now. I no longer have the 5k mod tho. My battery connections are good as well as my batteries, I had each battery on slow charge for a while and use the 200 amp engine start when starting it. To me it sounds like it spins over faster then most of the other 7.3's I hear. I noticed my turbo wheel has a coating of dirt on it, the whole reason I got rid of the K&N drop in but there is no play in the shaft. When it did start it ran better then it has in the 6 years I owned it.

Are the edges of the blades rounded off? Does it smoke any when running? Any pressure in the blowby? Hopefully this isn't a compression issue.

Yea it does look like the edges are rounded off a bit. I do notice there is some blow by but its not enough to lift my oil cap. It smoke sometimes on cold starts but not all the time. Just usually black when I'm putting my foot into. I hope its not a compression issue either. I did a CCT two weeks ago and it passed. Could it still pass that test with weak compression? Also once it was running it felt so much smoother and felt like it had a lot more go. I just returned to stock and still no go on the start. I do notice tho that as soon as I turn my key on now my oil pressure gauge goes right to normal without even cranking it. Could my low oil pressure sensor be bad? and would that cause a no start?
