Fuel issue on slope?

hey guys i have a 91 300-6 when im low on gas and on any sort of downhill slope my truck will cut out and act like its not getting enough fuel.. it will also do it will plenty of gas in the tank but not as often... it only does it on a downhill slope

any ideas what this could be? fuel pump?

Means there isn't enough gas in the tank when your at the angle it spudders at.
