388764-S100 .. Threaded Stud-on both ends ---I--- (there is no bolt).
Applications: 1980/90 F150 4WD & Bronco.
Sorry, no Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any. Try: broncograveyard.com

390678-S100 .. Threaded Stud 5/8" -11 3/4" -10 x 4.9 / Available from Ford.
This looks the same as 388764-S100, but prolly has different specs. It might work, but since I cannot find the *&^&% specs for 388764-S100, I dunno one way or t'other.
The only dealer in OH that has any is: MATHEWS FORD in Newark (ENE of Columbus) has ONE = 740-522-2181.
wow thanks so much.. i work at a ford dealer as a tech and our parts guys couldnt find one on locater and said they couldnt cross reference it, thanks again, i will call tomorrow and see..
There is no cross reference inre to 388764-S100 being replaced by 390678-S100, because 388764-S100 is C = Cancelled, obsolete, not serviced, not replaced.
Look at the parts catalog illustration for 1991/96 F150 4WD & Bronco, the stud (390678-S100) looks similar.
I too have the Ford Dealer Parts Locator and PartsVoice.com, so I know no one has 388764-S100.
Mathews Ford is listed on PartsVoice, not on the dealer locator.
Prolly 25% of the FoMoCo Dealers are not listed on the dealer locator, that's why PartsVoice is important when searching for FoMoCo obsolete parts.
Anyone can access PartsVoice, but that isn't the case with the dealer locator.
