stability control and abs lights

stability control and abs lights

I have a 2008 escape after I drive a short distance the stability and abs lights come on at the same time and stay on untill I shut the engine off, does anyone have any ideas why this happens and what can be done to fix it? thank you

You need a code reader. 2008--you out of warranty?

yes Iam out of warranty except for the powertrain.
