LOL@ F-250 Oh man if there is one thing I love more than tinkering on cars and trucks and that is fishing and hunting. The trip was great even though we only caught six. There was one that was a little bigger than the pic. The rest of the boats in the area didn't catch many either. I have heard of that trick of leaving one in the water, but I don't know why the crew didn't do it. Maybe they thought the fish were too scattered out, which they were. But I plan to go out again real soon. And when ever I get a boat big enough to tackle the blue water (as I don't think my pontoon will do it LOL) I will be out more often than not. The beautiful thing about the Outer Banks is you can get into Gulf Stream fish REAL close in. We only ventured off the Banks to about 11-15 miles.
Anyway Update on ole Jessie. I have spent 2 days pressure washing and scrubbing the frame and I think I've got it just about the way I want it. I'm gonna go check it out today now that it has dried. Then I gotta final clean it with POR's Marine Clean or something of the Like. I just may go with Rust Bullet, or Zero Rust, I haven't quite made up my mind.
