75 HB Cross over steering
Here is my list of parts almost ready to start puting in my truck.D60 front,4bolt power steering box.Question is will I need a little lift,say 4" to install cross over steering.As of now it is stock HB.Thanks in advance for help.dave

You'll need to cycle the suspension to see if there's any interference with the leaf springs, if they're fresh highboy springs you might be ok, but if they're tired 35yr old HB springs you'll more likely than not need some additional lift....more info here... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...-question.html

ya I was thinking I would go with 4 inches to get the job done,I have a 7x9 dump stake on my back and I dont want to go to high for load carrying.thanks for responding Dave I love Montana,Idaho right there as well.I kayaked the middle fork salmon a few yrs back put in at the bitterroot.GODS COUNTRY
