I think it is engine specific, because of the length, shape, size, ect. I just took a piece of flex pipe and pounded one end into a rectangle so it fit over the air cleaner end.
That looks like the heat riser pipe, not the cool air hose. I don't know how your air cleaner is, but mine had a rectangle end for the cold air line. Look around, and you should be able to find the one specifically for a 351M. Maybe try Bronco Graveyard.
That looks exactly like mine so I think it would work. It stretches and shrinks so it is somewhat adjustable. The heat riser pipe is metal so the one in his pic isn't the heat pipe. I would go ahead and get it.
This assy includes the plastic duct that fastens to the radiator support w/2 bolts. The hose end has a built-in clamp, used to attach it to the air cleaner snorkel.
Ford dd not sell this hose (which is rectangular) by itself, but every autoparts store does.
There are different lengths & sizes. If you don't have the old hose, you will have to measure the end of the snorkel or the plastic duct, the distance beween the snorkel/duct to get the correct hose.

This hose is round, fits into the bottom of the snorkel, then to the hot air tube that is bolted to the right (passenger) side exhaust manifold.
If you need this puppy, any autoparts store has it.
