Great pic, GFW!!! And I appreciate your effort....big time. But I need to see the shift rod connected once it is bolted to the TC. I know there is the spring (as I've seen the new ones at the Bronco stores) but I fon't know what the spring hooks to AND I read something a while back that leads me to belive there is more than just a spring down there.
I may be wrong. But thats why I'm trying to get a pic of it already hooked up.
And cograts to Rich (77&79F250) as he probably has grandchild # 4 by now.
I just called Wild Horses 4X4 (Bronco specialists) and asked them about the shift rod and what goes on the end other than a spring??? They confirmed "nothing"....just the spring.
I know that's what the pics in the catalogs show....but I was trying to make it more difficult than that. So I guess I'm good to go. I'll have to find the right spring and see what happens.
Thanks a bunch guys,,,,you went to a lot of trouble for me and I appreciate it. Hope all is well with Rich's grandbaby!!
