Oregon was heavily settled by folks from the South, sentiment was NOT with the Union.
Oregon had thousands of volunteers fight for the Confederacy.

Steve will have to move closer to cut his commute down from 3 - 2 minutes

I've got the long commute...5-6 minutes!!! Can you imagine that...obesity!!!

My GG-Grandfather fought for the Union as part of the 14th Vermont volunteers, he was discharged after injury and re-enlisted 11 months later and made it to Gettysburg on day three after marching from Virginia.

What is the elevations change from your place to work? Could you rig up zip lines? Those short drives are bad for your engine.
