surrender already??

Personally, I believe W. already has the 'smoking gun', perhaps he is just waiting till this stuff is over before he revieles it. I tink he has had it since the start.

surrender already??

Well I don't need no "Smokin Gun", I heard Saddam is hiding in North Korea!
Heard he left two days ago in a French Submarine.
He's filing to collect war reparations and intendss to open a BBQ pork on a stick stand on taxpayers money.
Those lookalikes have been fronting for several months. He's watching the whole thing unfold from a two bedroom flat on the second floor of hotel 6 in Pyongyang.

It really would not surprise me if Saddam was long gone and his look alikes were running game. I mean, how hard is it to spout repetitive rhetoric?
It doesn't matter, anyway. We'll take out their government structure and set up something better. Heck maybe we'll even hold an election...that would be a whole new world to most Iraqis! I bet they'll get hooked on the Ballot Box if it can be kept legitimate...
Keep on rollin', boys!

Post surrender already??

If my memory serves me correctly, didn't we (America) arm and supply Sadamn Hussein with all kinds of nerve gas, anthrax and different kinds of toys and know how when he was at war with the Iranians? I recall that he threatened them with language to the extent that his troops would walk on the dead to Tehran. I don't doubt for one second that he has this stuff rat-holed somewhere and we need to find it and take it out of circulation. Maybe after the surrender Hans Blix can furnish names and faces of the scientists that might know more about the locations of this material. Or these guys, grateful that it is over will willingly come through for us. I sincerly hope that this war is over quickly with the minimal loss of life. I think Sadamn should be taken alive and fed through a wood chipper little by little. The Republican Guard is a joke. They are not so tough. I had read where the conscripts (draftees) were to be put on the front lines with the Guard behind them ready to back shoot anyone trying to surrender. I suppose to prevent the mass surrender like last time.

Well, so far none of the surrendering soldiers have been shot, so I guess that's not a problem. And from what I have heard, the Republican Guard is a malnourished, disjointed squad...we'll kick their butts, too.
Godspeed this war...all the bombs and fighting kinda brings me down, I just have the hope that it is going to be worth it when the story is all told...

Unhappy surrender already??

Whatever you do, don't send any election official from south Florida (Dade County). They may get too many hanging chads and elect Nader by mistake. Either that or cause an uproar in Africa.
