high gear shudder

i have a 99 250 with he 7.3 its got the 6spd manual, in overdrive it makes a knocking noise like a corn chopper, i got the truck about 2 months ago and its getting worse, fluid levels are good, new clutch, good power all other gears are quiet. any ideas?
