It depends on what you use the truck for... What engine/ trans do you have? I would say for general use daily driver... light towing occasional off road, 4.10 would probably be adequate for 37s. If you are doing heavy towing or serious 4 wheeling, probably 4.56 or 4.88 would be the better choice.
