Got my copy in the mail 2day. I'm first in the reader's rides and the only one that said Feature to come. Every feature story has like 3 or 4 pages. HOW SWEET IS THAT !!!!!! The cover feature looks just like the 71 i drove for 12 years until a big pine tree crushed it when hurricane opal came to florida. MAN i loved that truck. Piled many of deer in that old truck.
The upper left hand corner of the cover has TRUXX1956's '56 on it. The inside has coverage of the GSM F-100 run with a bunch of FTE trucks included. Thanks Terry (TRUXX)
Fred,
Congratulations on the future feature.

Thanks Brian. My Sweet wife Marcie who not only puts up with me, but actually loves me took some of the pictures that are in the magazine. I was so proud to see Pegysu in there and on the cover Maybe some things to cross off my "Bucket List" All joking aside the GSM F100 Show is the one show you do want to go to. It is the greatest family oriented show to do. Friendly folks and lots of stuff to do for everyone. And we're plannin some more cruises up in to the mountains again. Everyone come on down. We'd love to have yall
Dale,
I finally got my copy of True Blue trucks today. I think I get my magazines after the post office and the cows have read them. Anyway it is cool to see your truck in there. Terry the same goes for you too.
I think the only way my truck will ever get in a magazine is as a "before" picture.
Q: Can I purchase True Blue Trucks magazine from the newsstands? A:Yes, there are places in the US and Canada that carry the magazine. Without getting too much into the boring details of the magazine distribution industry, the best places to look are Pep Boys, Barnes & Noble, Hasting's and Books A Million (with more stores coming on soon). If you do not see the magazine there, ask. They often sell out fast and asking them will remind them that they need to order more next issue. Better yet, subscribe and forget.

Hey Jim, I've got mine in more mags lately since its been scratched and dinged and got rust bubbles showing than I did when I first got it together Go figure? Anyway, You'll have more fun with your truck if you leave it not shiney and DRIVE the fire out of it! My '56 panel I'm not painting it, I'm goin to fix the bullet holes and put glass in the broken ones and put floors in it and drive it!! This cleaning stuff gets old! Now I just like goin to hang out with all the fine Ford family and friends I've made over the years.
I agree 100%. My truck will be a while if ever on that shiney deal. I just like driving it just as it is. Interesting enough most people like it just as it is.
As for your panel I think what you plan to do is spot on the money except maybe the bullet holes.... Do you really need to fix them? Perhaps seal them from the inside??? Just asking.
