What is the minimum ICP at idle. I am at 480. I am trying to figure out why I am only getting 10 mpg. Ebps is good, brakes not dragging, tire pressure up. ICP replaced. No boost leaks. Injector o rings changed. I am very easy on throttle keep to 2000 rpm or less most of time.
I think mine runs around 480-500 psi at idle so your numbers sound about right. What sort of injector control pressure do you see at WOT under load? When my nozzles were clogged (only flowing 80cc), my IC pressure was about 3200 at WOT. After getting the injectors rebuilt with new nozzles then my pressure at WOT reduced to just over 2800 psi and my mileage returned to the 15.5 mpg range. Prior to getting my injectors rebuilt, my mileage dropped about 2.5-3 mpg.
BTW, ever since I installed the black CPS from Riffraff, my mileage has increased a full point (from 15.5 to 16.5 mpg). Just an FYI...
I broke the clamp that held on my air filter so I had to go get one before I could do a wot run. I just got back. I am running a black cps from clay right now. I will put my clamp on and go do a test.
Okay these numbers are at WOT w no load. In 80e I get around 2500. In stock I can get around 2800. So I think those numbers are good. However at idle my MAP is 15. is that right? Shouldnt it read the same as boost. It also doesn't increase the same as boost when on the throttle.
MAP will read ambient air pressure, so in OK. It may very well be 15. I normally see 14 psi, but I am right at sea level. The MAP reading you see will be boost plus 15 (what your idle MAP is) when driving.

It doesn't increase the same as my boost gauge. The most I saw was 16 and I can build 25 psi empty.
You may very well just have a l loose hose or something too. The hose nipple on the MAP sensor is easily broken off too so be careful with it, or you may be a $100 lighter in the wallet.
Remember that there is MAP - Manifold Absolute Pressure = Exhaust Back Pressure and then MGP - Manifold Gauge Pressure = Boost Pressure. You will only have ~14psi atmospheric pressure for MAP while MGP will be ~0 psi.
