^^^What John said. You should get rid of the K&N,they are not good for turbos. They let too much dust pass through.6637 or AIS is preferred here.

Keep the TS chip because you can send it to some tuners and they can program it. Just sell the edge, they aren't much count. Don't bother stacking a chip and a programmer, it is pointless and doesn't work, since the TS chip will override anything the edge has put on it anyways.

You should be able to get somewhere around 27-30psi assuming all things are in working order and up to par. I would suggest checking for boost leaks and check the uppipes for any soot from exhaust leaks.

25 psi is about right for a stock truck and TS tuned chip.

the TS chip is made by TS but many different tuners use the TS chip also. swamps, wildman, BTS and gearhead are all good choices in tuners and they will put their programs on your chip if you want. for a small fee of course......

and on my stock turbo with a chip i could boost at 30 lbs of boost after i tightened my wastegate rod and upgraded my boots and uppies.....

If the ts chip came straight from them it only has canned generic tunes on it, pretty much about the same as what edge, bullydog or superchips offer.
You can send that chip to tony wildman, Cale at Tyrant diesel, matt robinson at gearhead auto performance, and i'm sure there are a few others. They will re-write the chip with their tunes which and ship it back to you.

I don't know who's tunes are on your TS but Cales tunes at tyrant diesel don't shift hard at all and he can re burn your Ts.

The K&N intake you have is that a real CAI with a cone style filter or a drop in box filter? If its a CAI your good, if its the pannel filter you should get rid of it asap they dont seal very well in the factory box and will let dust threw dusting your turbo and creating premature ware on your engine.
