I was able to blow the holes out with the oxytorch and wound up nutting and bolting the two until I can get a good set of taps from my snappy guy.

Did I understand that correctly, the motor mount and stand have to be removed to install the flow techs on a highboy?

Never mind, spent a while searching the forum, found out I should have read the instructions tht came with the headers duhhhh. The flange gets cut and the header splits in 2 pieces for install.
