I have a 1997 f-350 with 7.3 diesel powerstroke (dual tanks) I think the fuel pump has gone out, it just died yesterday driving home.. am getting conflcting info as to the location of the fuel pump.... rear tank, frame rail ???
I drained the fuel filter cannister and cranked the engine, got about 1" of fuel to cannister..., repeated this 2 more times with the same results. any suggestions? possible fuel lift pump??
