Fuel Damper?

I am almost positive I have a 49 state truck but I want to check and see if it has a fuel damper because I heard that is an indicator that it is a California truck. What should a 49 truck vs California truck look like? If someone could post a California or a 49 state pic so I have a referance I would appreciate it. I want to order a chip/tuner and it says I need to specify if it is a California truck or not. Thanks
