Bleeding a RAB Valve

There is a bleed screw on it so you just bleed it like a wheel cylinder.
Best way is to open the bleed screw, get a helper to press the brake pedal down, close screw before releasing the pedal. Repeat until all air is out.

Ok, not wanting to hi-jack a tread here but I got a really big problem! I can't post new threads in any forums on FTE....
AND I can't even contact the mods or the Super Mods to know what's going on!
Everytime I hit Post New Thread, page loads then comes back to the message, deletes what ever I wrote and says
1. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.
Does the same thing trying to contact the mods! Anyone know what the heck is going on, and can contact glruff (Super Mod) about this? I tryed contacting him 3 times, won't work!

Alright, scratch that, not because of that. Just realized, I posted a 2 new threads in 2 diff. forums Saturday. I got my warning 2 weeks ago.
It's my Fire-Fox internet that's fliped!
I just posted a new thread in the 87-96 F-series forum using my old Internet Explorer and it worked fine.
I was using fire-fox as I've been, and still is having problems with my IE, randomly cuts out when i'm using it, and really slow. File is corrupted.
Anyways, really sorry about hi jacking your thread there EliteScapes!
