Do you recognize this wire? Need help finding connection

Hello, first post here. I just bought a "new" 2003 6.0L Excursion.

I installed the Dieselsite Coolant Filter and NUC Motorsports Bypass Oil Filter today. When I was tightening the hose clamps on the T-connector in the heater line, I accidentally disconnected a gray wire. Please see the photos.

I'm new to the 6.0L Powerstroke and don't know my way around some of the details yet--like this gray wire. I searched all over and couldn't find where it's supposed to plug into.

If you recognize this wire and know where it's supposed to go, please tell me. If you have photos, even better.

Thanks very much for your help!

That's the vacuum line on the heater valve. Check the hose coming up from the freont cover until you find a valve in it. Then put that gray line on it.

In the bottom picture your thumb is on the valve lol. See the little black round thing with a little nub in the center.

THANK YOU for the quick reply!! I walked outside, popped the hood, and plugged in the line in about 2 seconds. I can't believe it was right in front of me the whole time.

Mystery solved because of your help. This forum ROCKS!

This question has been through here before so you are not the first. If you do not have the valve, it goes here.
