Yes, that's the tune they played and that was my guess as to what it meant, considering the guys came to attention when it was played. The oddest thing about it was the time they played it, 7:24. If it was 8pm it would have made sense if the base was on a four hour shift or even at the end of the day like Newington used to have the siren at 6pm. That's why I checked the clock in the first place.
When I was in, it was played at 0800, when our flag was raised, and at sunset, when our flag was lowered.
