glow plugs

what all glow plugs can i use for my 95 7.3? i know u cant buy autolites and should buy motorcraft but is there any other good ones that wont break when being removed. im halfway scared to take my glow plugs out because i dont know what kind of plugs are in it the top of em looks gold

Not so bad to change, take it easy and work it back and forth. I too was worried when I did mine but they came out fine. The ones I removed were originals with 136k on them. Good luck.
