If it were me I would shoot in 200 cc of 5W30 oil, let it sit a day, and try turning over manually. If stuck try going back and forth on the damper bolt without excessive torque. If still stuck you could add some WD40. Make sure to drain and flush old gas before starting or else stuck valves are a high possibility. Also change oil.

Approx. 30 ml per ounce. And I meant per cylinder. For stuff like that I have some large 60 cc syringes. Nothing magic about the amount, a little more or less. If it is stuck bad you may need to inject enough to fully cover the piston/rings. Then when it does turn over be ready for a mess, and have all the spark plugs out.

It wouldn't hurt to remove the distributor and turn the oil pump with a drill for a minute or two to distribute oil to the bearings before you turn it over.

ya know, the drill on the oil pump crossed my mind to prevent dry-start, i'll do it but what is the correct way, what i mean is what will the oil pump accept. hey 49 i don't know if the engine is seized, i was going to turn it a little with a 3/4 rachet after i soak it with the 5w30,what do you think.

Yes that would be good. To prime with drill, chordless or non chordless, a long hex shaft is needed to reach the oil pump drive shaft. An old dist shaft or a tool that used to be available at auto stores, or a long flexible hex drive found at good hardware stores. Make sure to set drill for reverse. If a valve cover is taken off you can prime until oil is seen dripping from the rocker assembly.
