I walked around my truck after starting it this morning and the exhaust did not sound normal to me. It sounded like it was missing. Could I have an injector on they way out?
(Assuming automatic...) while driving in O.D. with TC locked (over 40 mph-ish), try and accelerate without causing the transmission to downshift. If your truck accelerates from 45 to 60 without shaking then all your injectors are working. If you were running on 7 cylinders, the engine would shake and struggle to accelerate.
No ebpv. Truck seems to run OK. About a month ago, ran real low on fuel and the truck was shaking real bad with no power. I wonder if I damaged an injector from either air or dirt.

I have heard tales where owners have run their fuel low and picked up sediment which clogged the screens in the pickup assembly (in the tank) and/or the screen at the pump.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge by any chance? Is your pump louder than usual?
