Rear window stuck down

I got a 1990 bronco and the rear window is stuck down when I turn the key it moves a little bit on the driver side but the other side is off the rubber guide completely how can I fix this

I had a similar problem. Try removing the window completely. Make sure the gguides are free of rust and debris. Also there is a small wheel that rides through the guide, make sure it's not rusted and moves freely.
