Flexplate bolts reusable?

Are the bolts torque to yeild? One time use? I really don't want to button everything up only to find out the bolts are gloom out because the are overstretched.

There are no torque-to-yield bolts on these trucks.

Just dab a little removable locktite on the bolts and they're ready to be reused.
