I think some problem with variable vane, bully dog tuner but it does it in stock mode I have never witnessed it happen but it's always on the peak value data, I can reset and drive 1/2 mile never over 50% throttle and there it is again 52lbs is what is listed right now
I'm not familiar with an outlook monitor, but I'll assume it is some sort of OBD-II gauge.
Find out what your BARO reading is, if your device will read that. And if possible watch your boost in real time. I doubt that even a stuck turbo is capable of making 60PSI of boost. I suspect either your MAP sensor is bad, your BARO sensor is bad, or your monitor is picking up bad info somewhere.
I have an Edge Evolution that also works as a OBD-II gauge and occasionally, when starting the truck, I'll get an alert on a PID with an impossible to obtain value, like speed of 110 MPH when sitting still, etc. I suspect it is a problem with the device reading values from the engine computers data bus.
Avg boost 26-30 only spikes for a split second. I am towing today and believe turbo is going down had to clear codes twice to get out of limp mode. Both over and under boost codes #%<~>€%~ 6.0l
