Good Lord, thats alot of boost. I have a powermax and tunes for it and have never seen above 30PSI boost.

What if any types of mods or tunes are you running, this will help figure it out.

How is the truck running when it hits that high?

What gauge setup are you using to read that high of boost? Are you sure the reading is accurate

I think some problem with variable vane, bully dog tuner but it does it in stock mode I have never witnessed it happen but it's always on the peak value data, I can reset and drive 1/2 mile never over 50% throttle and there it is again 52lbs is what is listed right now

What are you using to read boost? And what is your BARO reading?

I'm not familiar with an outlook monitor, but I'll assume it is some sort of OBD-II gauge.

Find out what your BARO reading is, if your device will read that. And if possible watch your boost in real time. I doubt that even a stuck turbo is capable of making 60PSI of boost. I suspect either your MAP sensor is bad, your BARO sensor is bad, or your monitor is picking up bad info somewhere.

I have an Edge Evolution that also works as a OBD-II gauge and occasionally, when starting the truck, I'll get an alert on a PID with an impossible to obtain value, like speed of 110 MPH when sitting still, etc. I suspect it is a problem with the device reading values from the engine computers data bus.

I usually get a turbo fart when letting off after or during a steep hill, I can't think of any reason boost would spike when letting off the throttle.

Does it bump 60 PSI for a split second or sustain it for any amout of time?

What is your average boost when at full throttle.

When you let off going up a hill what does your stock boost gauge do? Does it max out along with the outlook thing you have?

Avg boost 26-30 only spikes for a split second. I am towing today and believe turbo is going down had to clear codes twice to get out of limp mode. Both over and under boost codes #%<~>€%~ 6.0l
