can't pull codes
hi guys my first post
I have a 05 E350 6.0 recently replaced blown oil cooler (what a mess)
the trucks back together but it runs rough engin ligh is on
my code reader won't hook up. the fueses are all OK there is power to the cig lighter.
any sugestions on how I can pull the codes

i live in canada i bought a inova code reader
i have 4 fordtrucks and it works on the others
also hade a garage try with his he said it was probaly the fuse but the all check out using my multimeter
