More cab corner replacement pics.

I'm real happy with the way the right side cab corner went in. Considering I've only been welding since x-mas this turned out awesome. Really got to test my fab skills where the corner meets the lower door pillar. Building the lower door pillar on the driver side is proving to be a challenge too. I've also removed the fuel filler hole.

A little more grinding and this area is done!

Hey thats coming along sweet! I too am in the middle of cab corner replacement and door piller repairs. Just finished the front left cowl replacement and the small gusset behind it. Keep up the good work and post a pic after primer and paint.

Looking good, I was wondering if you knew the trick about using copper behind your weld? I just started doing this and its awesome, especially when welding sheet metal.
I have a piece 1/4 inch thick by about an inch and a half wide, it really helps to prevent burn through and warpage.
