Thanks Tacson..By the way I've got quite a bit of parts left over or new not used..can't just give it away but will pass on to FTE guys VERY cheap. window glass, cranks,stock chrome grille,side mirrors new rear fenders etc. I'll try to figure out how to post a list on my album in a few weeks..off to the LA Roadster show for now. Hey Bud don't sweat it. Just knowing ya got an SBC in her should make ya sweat anyway.
Don't fix what ain't broke. Right? But we all know the SBC will die soon enough. So get the 302 or 351, Or heck even an FE ready to drop in. So when the SBC gives up (and it will) you are already ready for it.

I'm planning a 55 Chev with a 351C in it just to **** off the Chev. guys too. Also replacing the original 1932 air in the tires on my 32 roadster just to **** off the restorers as well! Bottom line..I'm 73 years old and I just don't give a crap what anyone but my wife thinks..about anything. The valve covers were just for you 55 F250..Bill :-)))

A few update pics. The stock wheel is mated to the Flaming River column and some hood prop details using an alum 3/8" swedged tube and some rod ends. A bit stronger during a wind gust than down at the corner. Last pick is the maiden voyage after 5 years of down time. My son is a pro photographer and will post more finished shots soon. Thanks to all of you guys for the advice and help. Bill
