While leaving a stoplight my 04 f150 with edge evo just died now all it does is say check gauges and a flashin red light on top of the dash everything works but it wont turn over any ideas
Disconnect the Edge and see if anything changes. Is the battery good? Check all connections and see if there are any codes. With the little info to go on, that's about all the help I can offer right now.
checked fuses for continuity disconnected the edge reset PCM unplugging the battery for an hour and no change just the red lite flashing very fast all of this on a drive to work it just died
When the red light is flashing rapidly it indicates it is in theft mode and will not crank. You will probable need to take to the dealer to have checked out. On some vehicles if you leave the key in the run position and jump the starter wire by the battery you can get them started to drive home and save a tow.
