I think your S should be a 5, but a quick internet search does reveal Calibration Code 4-64E-R05 does cross to PCM Engineering Number

The first photo looks like a Cardone replacement PCM with Part# 785851. That appears to cross over to Ford service# F4TZ-12A650-AJB. Most auto part stores will list it as F4TZ-AJB. That PCM is used on 1994/1995 F150-F250-F350 trucks with a 5.8L engine. I found a few references stating 3 speed auto transmission so that would be a non-electronic controlled C6. If that is the case this is more likely to be used on 1994-95 F25/F350 trucks.

The VIN you posted has the alphanumeric F26 in VIN positions 5,6,7 which is regular cab F250 4x4. The letter H in the 8th position indicates it has a 5.8L engine. VIN position 10 is the letter S therefore your truck is a 1995 model year.

So it is plausible the PCM currently is correct if you also have a C6 transmission. This old thread indicates the info I found is correct: Post# 10

There is a Calibration code sticker on the driver side B-pillar. Those numbers can be decoded to get the actual computer engineering number the truck left the factory with.

Here is the sticker I am referencing (pink arrow)

What issues are you having that you need to check the computer?
