It's either an F100 or F150 underneath. Two measurments that might help narrow it down are the wheel lug spacing and rear leaf spring widths. If you have 5 x 4.5 inches wheels, it's an F100. If the spacing is 5 x 5.5 inches its likely an F150. Spring width on the F100 is generally 2.5 inches, but it can be bigger, If the spring width is 3 inches its most likely an F150.
