Uhhh....could've swore i used them at the pump, when doing the hutch mod, defintly remember using it at the sending unit. Must've went at pump, with some pliers.
The other side of pump, toward fuel bowl, does use the quick-connect disconnect tools.
Here's what I have. Fits 4 sizes. Also a good diagram of a quick-connect fitting.
Well, story of my life......Hutch/Harpoon completed..Checked off list yesterday... (Thanks everyone!!)..stopped this morning and fueled and low and behold I have a fuel leak at the top of tank..so tonight i am going in for round 2....

Yes, the tank side uses them as does the pressure side of the pump. Kind of weird they intermix the connections, but the return to the tank is technically "pressurized"
