I used A1, with the carpet up over the package shelf in back. I've been very pleased. Though Ive' also hear many others say "it's crap", made by LMC, etc., etc. based on their own experiences or information. I couldn't say, but I do know that mine DOES reach each side of the cab floor. I purchased it a number of years ago and the fit/pre-form was what I was hoping for. Just my OWN experience, yours may differ. There are pictures in my gallery of it and the installation. Here is the comment I posted when asked about the carpet:
"1AAcarpet, I purchased it 3 years ago on line plus the door panel inserts on cardboard and the sound deadner and 1 yard of extra carpet to put on the cab behind the seat. The total for all of this was $256 including the $40 shipping."
In Oct 2010 I purchased a carpet for my 1979 f150 XLT Ranger. I ordered it from Broncograveyard, they told me the color for my truck was Oxblood.
When the carpet came it was sent directly from ACC carpets.
Mine is also short on the drivers side, I had to cut a new hole for the high-low
beam foot pedal on the floor. It fits really good on the passanger side and center hump, just short on the one side.
I called Broncograveyard and talk with someone, who claimed they would look into it, claimed they had never had any complants. I never heard back from them. I wanted them to send a new carpet first, then I could pull the mis-sized and repalce it with the new. They said I would have to sent the old back first, to get a new one, but never heard back.
Oh, and the color on the box said Red 815 not Oxblood. The color does look good though. This really bugs me and does not look good. I am not sure what to do, so I am living with it right now.
