Dual batteries?

My truck has a second battery that I'd like to remove. Back in the day the truck had a slide-in camper and a front winch, both of which are now gone, is there any reason to keep the second battery or can I remove it and not have any issues? I'm not planning on running any accessories except for a pair of fog lights and maybe some auxillary backup lights off a toggle switch.

As long as nothing but camper related connection are connect to it, then just remove it and the duel wiring.

Again make all normal truck connection are still going to where they should. Save the duel wiring set up, might craigslist it for a few $

Not sure yet if anything relevant is connected to the 2nd battery as there were so many extra accessories on the truck from the previous owner that there is tons of added wiring. This electrical stuff is a real pain in the ****.

If the box is a factory one and in good shape it would sell too.
