1995 Ford......

I have a 95 F-350 crew and I can't figure out how to get the door panels off without breaking something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Door Trim Panel, F-150-250-350, F-Super Duty Chassis Cab and Bronco

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the screw(s) retaining the arm rest area of the trim panel to the door inner panel.

2. Remove the screw retaining the door inside handle and remove the handle.

3. Remove the screw retaining the door window regulator handle and remove the handle and washer, if so equipped.

NOTE:
On units with power windows, remove the power window switch housing.

4. Remove the door lock control, if so equipped.

NOTE:
On units with power door locks, remove the power door lock switch housing.

5. Remove power rearview outside mirror switch housing, if so equipped.

6. Using the Trim Pad Removing Tool From Rotunda Moulding/Trim Kit 107-00401 or equivalent( I have a cheapie panel removal tool I purchased years ago) , carefully pry the trim panel and pushpins away from door inner panel and remove the trim panel.

NOTE:
At no time should the trim panel be used to remove pushpins from the inner panel holes.

For installation, follow removal procedures in reverse order. Tighten screw and washer assembly 1-2 N-m (9-17 in-lb).

This is what a push pin looks like:

I purchase them at the auto parts store for a few dollars for a box of a dozen or so.

those clips WILL be busted, no way around it i have taken the door panels off for one reason or another on every vehicle i own and you will break them, i promise either use double sided tape in place of them when you put the panel back on or go get new ones from the parts store

Still need help with the G.D. door panels!

Okay. I have a '95 crew XLT package and I am trying to get the door panels off the rear doors. I removed the screws from the bottom of the door panel. I removed the screw from the arm rest. I popped a couple of the push pins toward the bottom of the door. There must be some screws that I am missing. Maybe under the vinyl trim towards the top of the panel? I have to be missing something. I am applying way too much pressure and no luck. Does the bezel for the power windows pop off or does it come off with the door panel? My first ford. Thanks for the help.

Just gotta read the whole thing. First time is always the hardest.

NOTE:
On units with power windows, remove the power window switch housing.

4. Remove the door lock control, if so equipped.

Make sure you get the screw that is above the speaker/below the vent window. When the door is closed it will be hidden behind the dash.

Once you have the screws out, you can pull the pins out by pulling the panel slightly away from the door, once all the pins are out, pull the panel up and off of the lip that fits over the opening for the window.

ooops, i just saw that it was the rear door. So disregard the part about the screw above the speaker/below the vent window.

It still will have a lip that fits over the opening for the window and will need to be lifted up and out to remove the panel.

I finally got the panel off. This might help someone in the future. THE POWER WINDOW SWITCH WILL NOT COME OFF FROM OUTSIDE THE DOOR PANEL and does not need to be removed to get the panel off. Once the plastic pins are pulled out of the door, there will be enough room to reach in behind the door panel and unplug the electrical conntector from the switch. It's also easier to remove the door handle screw from behind the door panel with a 1/4" drive ratchet and long extension. The belt weather stripping on the inside of the door stays on the door. Just lift the panel straight up and away from the door.
