I've had about 7 sets of aftermarket lenses all bought from Ebay. 5 on various OBS trucks and 2 on my old SD. From different vendors too.
It's all in the adjustments with how it aligns with the lenses around it. I've never had a pass side line up perfectly, even on the stock headlights. It just sits differently then you think it should. IT's that way to be aligned right. What I've found over the years is throw away the adjustment mounts that come on the aftermarket kits. I take a heat gun to make the plastic more plyable and remove the stock adjusters from the stock housings. Then install them into the aftermarket headlights. That way they're adjusted just like stock and you don't have to mess with changing anything.

Time consuming but it works every time.
Yeah, I noticed that too with the Pass light. Mines just a bit off.
That is strange.
Nice idea with the heat gun.
I had to do that myself with the one I installed, it had some adjuster issues. so I just got the old ones out and put them in my replacement.
Mine line up alright. The passenger side bottom signal didn't line up right and pushed the bottom of the trim toward the grille a bit, so I need to pull it off and see why it did that, but it should be almost perfect when I'm finished.
Mine didnt aling in the first time, I had to trim the plastic black core, the bezel and use some shims in the back of the new headlights as needed and it fit better IMHO and I used the old stock parts as strokersace did
