I had the bigger valves put in and had them match port the heads to my intake

I decided on the edelbrock and appreciate the input!! My last question is that i cant seem to find the 862 pistons anywhere, now i did however find the 1131 silvolites that advertise 10.1 to 1, now with my d2teaa heads, stock deck, and .040 overbore would i be 10.1 to 1 or down in the 9 area? can someone guide me through this please, I am a diesel mechanic and get a bit lost on gassers sometimes

This may sound redundent but make sure your heads have the hardened valve seats for todays unleaded fuel.

Sleepy is the guy for compression ratio, he knows the math and knows where to plug in all the dimensions for exact compression down to the hundredth. He posted the whole formula on a recent thread, I will try to find it and get you a link so you can punch it in.

P.S. When ordering the intake, double check that you get the performer rpm, not the regular performer. The regular performer sucks compared to the performer rpm from what I'm told.
