Dont know what all you've done to it intake and dizz/ignition obviously, maybe cam too? But you will definitely need some headers to take advantage of the mods. little more info please.
Stock fuel pump will work good unless you have put in a cam without an eccentric. In which case you'll have to get a blocker plate and use an electronic fuel pump, it won't need a ton of psi I would say an on demand pump would suit it fine. Just be sure to wire it to turn on through the ignition only. I agree though, headers would help with the mods best.
I had the motor completely gone through, pocket ported heads, mild cam, balanced motor. New radiator, new edlebrock carb 650 cfm, new water pump, altenater, starter, Msd ignition system.
I'm the inverse lol. All engine and electrical, wish i knew more about body work.
Well If you prefer to use a nicer pump the rpm looked like it would fit well with the look of the truck, headers may not fit but others will chime in who know far more than I do.
if your running the fe390 engine, search sanderson headers and get the blockhugger headers recommended for the 53-56 f100 with a 390 fe engine. i got mine from century performance the model number is ff-427. i also got mine coated!
