Did a little 90 mile trip today, just getting some break-in miles on truck. I went over 300 miles on odometer today. I only drive 55 mph, with a few little speed increases. The screen took about 15-20 miles but settled on 19.4 and stayed there all the way. Of course no weight on truck, no bed to put anything on. Sure was fun, just kicked back and listened to 80 on Sirius, sounds great, love it!!! These are really NICE trucks.
Hi Rick, yeah gotta hold my breath with the back glass. I have the dirivers side covered with foam board. The passenger side is covered with plexiglass. Looks really stupid, but hope it saves the back glass. That's why I'm scared to death to drive it. Couldn't get the wife to go, she says it's airborne too much. I've only got 50 lbs in rear tires, but just no weight. With only 300 miles on it I thought that mileage with 4.10's was pretty darn good. Good thing I drive like an old grandma, I just let everyone pass me and love that 80 Sirius. Actually the ride isn't that bad on the highway but when you run over a gum wrapper the rear end jumps off the pavement and lands 50 feet later..ha ha
