Hello all,
2005 Expedition Eddie Bauer/King ranch
I have uploaded a few pics here. I see this thin vacuum line just hanging by the master cylinder. I looked around but cant figure out where it should go to. Possibly its broken off something? Im new to this truck so im pretty much going through everything as far as maintenance and inspection.

interesting I have the same thing on my wifes navigator. Dont think it would be the cruise cause hers still works.
I also have another one just about like it on the opposite side of the car by the pcm not sure where it goes either. It might be a little smaller diameter
I think it is supposed to be a dead end. I have one on either side of the engine that is a dead end.
Have you had any signs of a vacuum leak?
No not that ive noticed. Its strange because it looks like it had broken or been cut off. Possible it is just a dead end as previously mentioned. I'll have to check the cruise tomorrow.
