Wiper relay
The wipers on my 90' fullsize get stuck on. It happens in the delay mode or regular mode. I can hear a relay clicking somewhere but I can't find it. Is there a separate relay somewhere that gets stuck in the on position or is it integrated into the switch? The only way I can turn the wipers off is to either turn the ignition off or hit a big pothole. It's making me crazy not being able to turn the wipers off!

Sounds like the problem is in the multifunction stalk on the column. If the wipers run and do their intermittent thing like they are supposed to, but they just won't shut off, then the problem is not with the time-delay relay but with the switch itself. The multifunction stalk is a joy to deal with (can you hear the sarcasm). Requires removing the column surround and probably the ignition tumbler. I'm not 100% certain with the pre-'92 models.

Yes, then you are in much better shape than those of us with the multi-function stalk. Replacement requires a lot of tedious removal of a lot of things that aren't directly related to the stalk.
