Clockspring ???
Here are the symptoms:
a) no horn
b) no cruise
c) high only wipers
d) no airbag light is on
e) noticed illuminated steering wheel cruise lights do cut out when wheel is being turned.
Anyone have instructions?
Good place to get one (used or not used)
