Need help with engine decision

Hey everyone. I just bought a 95 f150. Its currently running a 4 inch lift with 33's, and as far as I know stock axles. I want to lift it high enough to put 36's or 37's under it, but the problem is that its only got the 5.0 under the hood. Is there any way I can beef it up enough with a cam and other engine parts to run a bigger lift and tires? Or am I going to have to go with a larger engine. Also, if the 5.0 wont cut it, Im thinking about dropping the 460 in there. How difficult is that swap and will that sucker even fit under my hood? Also what axle gearing will I need with either 302 or 460 option?

The 95 is a roller motor with a decent cam , if its mass air then your choices are endless on the motor , all the aftermarket parts for the mustang will work on the truck , the 302 makes its power in the higher rpms , with 33s and stock gearing is probabley your problem now , if you go to 37s you will wan't 4.88 gears or lower , some easy things to do to the motor first is , set the timing up a few degress from 10 to about 14 btdc , good tune up with a good coil and wires , long tube headers with free flowing exhaust , change the rocker ratio from 1.6 to 1.7 rocker arms , this will give you a good boost , then you can go from there....Lew
