I just went thru this ordeal recently. I lost my trans snowplowing after about 30hrs straight in the worst storm I've ever worked in. Initially I lost reverse, shortly after it was neutralizing all the time along with the Tow/Haul flashing. I paid $3050 for a Reman from Ford that comes with a 3year/75k mile warranty. It was a no brainer for me to go with the Reman.
