Need new cat
My catalytic converter is leaking out the bottom. I can get one locally for just under $200.
Where can I get one online that will replace mine without spending as much?
Will this one work?

Here is link to walker exhaust. It shows a part 55366. I am not sure if front pipe with cat is one welded unit and if so don't know how the cat would be pieced back in.

Thanks Maz. To the rescue again.
I can cut out the old cat and weld a new one in. It's just a matter of finding one.
The walker pipe is the local one for $445
Edit: just looked and the Walker pipe has two cats, mine only has one...

Going by Rock Auto I could replace both pipes for about $360.... That would be nice, but i really don't want to spend that much on exhaust...
The correct cat w/ pipe is BOSAL Part # 0991717 $228.79
If there's no other option, i'll get it. I'd still like to know if that $90 cat from summit will work... I'd prefer to go that route...

All wrong. Bosals are total pieces of crap. I cannot recommend, and feel that I should warn others to stay away.
If you want to do a weld in, this is the cat you need. Don't screw around with the Magnaflow, they load them with the wrong metals, and many muffler shops are abandoning them because of CEL issues.
This for a little more than that Summit cat will work. Compare the fine details against the Magnaflow and you can tell the difference in quality.
