Engine stalled
Hey all, Ive got a problem. I was on my way to work tonight and my truck (2003 6.0) died. It will restart and run for about 3 seconds and then die again. Ive got no check engine light, however, the battery light came on right before it died. Also, the tach and speedometer started jumping around, according to the wife, earlier today, not sure if it could be related. A coworker suggested an alternator? what do you think? I didnt look into it much at all, because it was dark and I had to get to work, but Im going to pull it home in the morning and need to get it running asap. Thanks in advance

Have the batts checked sounds like they may be problem or alt. When my alt went out it did not run long, these take a lot of juice to run. also check for codes doesn't need a light to have a code. Also if she will restart and run might not be batts or alt. JMO
