Ive had it on for about 30,000mi I have more to go with adjusting the ip yet but the highest i have seen is 11lbs and that was pulling the 28ft gooseneck with the 12,500lb 9600 ford on it, that puts me around 24000 gross. thats a lot for the c6 and 3.54 gears. Its put away in the shed for the winter because the state on minnesota loves salt. But its getting opened up the rest of the way come april. I figured id take it easy for a bit being i just did the head gaskets. and if i can figure out how to get pics off my camera on here i can show off the set up.

Its 13'4'' with the 9600 on the trailer. And the 9600 has an ip off a tw30 tractor with the fuel maxed out and we will be swapping the little shwitzer 3LD turbo for a holset off a 91 dodge cummins. That 3LD is a cute little turbo but anything over 2800rpms it starts cavitating.

That is a nice rig you have there!

I too have a hypermax turbo kit in my truck, just got it in last year actually. My thoughts about hypermax, just as much of a pain in the *** to install as any of the other kits. But, I like the customer service the company offers as well as the kit design.

Unfortunately, I am only running about 5psi unloaded at this time. I think I still have a boost leak somewhere... I'll be more keen on finding out once we get beyond freezing temps.

How many flats did you turn the pump up? I'm up 3 flats and i saw 11 pis once at 1300egts pulling one heck of a hill with that load with the go pedal pushed in the rug. i need another tranny cooler, it decided it wanted to be rebuilt also about 3miles after the motor was. At one point some idiot put the forward clutch pack for a 300i6 in there. no wonder it cooked i guess.

I've only got mine up 2 flats so far actually. I could probably go a little more, but I was told not to pass 1100*F on the pyro. I was getting there in a hurry at the end of summer.

The manual for the kit said you can sustain 1100degrees i hold about 900 to 1000 on flat land with that load. Hitting 1200 to 1300 is ok for short periods like less then 30sec. the motor actually runs better after it gets that hot and cleans itself out.
