Problems!?

So my idle has always moved a little up and down and i never really paid any attention to it but now it will jump and then act like my truck is going to die and jump bcak to normal. i have changed my fuel filter, all my fuel lines, changed idm and pcm, cleaned connections on my chip, cleand fuel pressure reg screen, i have a hpx and that helped a little but not much. any ideas what my problem could be? bad fuel pump? bad injector? they are not very old so they beter not be goin out lol i heard it could be a ground problem to do with my pcm/ts chip, any idea what ground to check? any ideas would be great thanks!

Look at the ICP sensor , it is most likely leaking oil (seeping)
Next to the lifting ring on the DS head..

Also , if you have an auto trans , it my be the TRS . Try starting it in neutral ....
